PAC administrates revenue producing programs to a majority of independent US car rental locations, in addition to many of the nation's major car rental systems including Americar Car Rental, Budget Rent A Car, Chrysler Dealer Rent A Car, Ford Rent A Car, National Car Rental, Payless Car Rental, Practical Rent A Car, Rent A Wreck, U Save Auto Rental, Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty Car Rental.

Initially PAC, Inc. earned a reputation for being specialists in creating the Personal Accident Coverage (PAC) profit center and increasing CDW sales with proper legal terminology. When PAC, Inc. started in 1980, these were the only two products available. To enhance using products over-the-counter as profit centers, PAC, Inc. continued to invent 15 other revenue producing products to be offered at the initial time of rental. Products are created according to the car rental company's type of renter, geographical uniqueness, or even seasonal events. The sole purpose for customizing products is to increase interest and in turn, receive higher acceptance by renters.

Long time dedication to the importance of product presentation is reflected in the way PAC pursues front line training by creatively motivating car rental agents into Customer Service Representatives. This role is supported by management through an essential coaching commitment. The formula uses a 'buy in' process to help participants determine where-they-want-to-be financially and employment wise. This process creates a Continuous Development Plan that generates enthusiasm, involvement & revenue.
